Project overview

A public relations campaign book for the City of Idaho Falls, focused on improving how residents find city information and share feedback.

The challenge

The project examined ways to make city communications easier to navigate and create more opportunities for two-way communication with residents.

Strategy & execution

I developed a farmers market booth concept and a community calendar structure. The plan connects in-person conversations with practical follow-up and makes event information easier to submit and share.

Selected deliverables

  • Farmers market booth concept and activity plan
  • Feedback collection and follow-up ideas
  • Budget and KPI tracking tools
  • Three-level event calendar structure
  • Monthly event submission form and distribution plan

Results & context

The campaign book proposes measures for a future pilot, including resident conversations, feedback responses, QR scans, sign-ups, and recurring questions. These are planned measures, not reported campaign results.
